Releases and Agreements

Photo and Video Release — I give permission for Step by Step, Paso a Paso to photograph and/or video my child during classes for use on the school website, social media, and promotional materials.

Activity and Farm Release — I understand that classes may include outdoor activities, farm animal interaction, cooking, and use of basic tools. I give permission for my child to participate in all scheduled activities.

Enrollment Agreement * — I agree to the enrollment terms. Enrollment is secured only when both this completed form and full payment have been received. Once enrolled, tuition is non-refundable.

Eligibility Confirmation * — I confirm that my child is eligible to participate in enrichment classes through Step by Step, Paso a Paso. These classes are open to homeschool families and the public.
